Temporary Event Applications must be submitted to our office at least 3 business days prior to the date of your event. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee permit approval. Additionally, all-night Temporary Food Events must be fully set up before 9 p.m.
Applicants are required to notify the Brazos County Health District of any changes to the event date and/or time listed on this application at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the need to purchase a new permit. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure all date changes are communicated within the required timeframe.
All time and temperature control foods (TCS)(raw or cooked) must be purchased and/or prepared in Brazos County. Receipts need to be kept to show proof of purchase. If any food is prepared at another location, it must be permitted in Brazos County.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for Temporary Food Permits.
NO Online or Over the Phone payments will be accepted.
As of April 15, 2015 No check payments will be accepted.
